A Mystery!?
You are faced with an unsolvable mystery. Your life hangs in the balance. Do you call on Batman or Sherlock Holmes for help. Several things to consider, Batman is also a Ninja but he only works at night. With Sherlock Holmes you also get the keen mind of Doctor Watson, however Holmes is a coke fiend and Watson is probably his dealer.

He does kick people ass. He also kicks crocodile ass. And Clayface ass.
Neither. The Scooby-Doo gang. Those kids never let a mystery go unsolved, plus they have a cool van, a stoner, and a talking dog. Did I mention the TALKING dog!?
I say Batman. Cause he also has more state of the art technology to get the job done. And I would argue that Alfred is a pretty good helper too. At least the Michael caine version.
When you look at it from a different perspective, Batman is a lunatic. Dresses up in a costume and fights crime as revenge for his parents' death? Crazy. Sherlock Holmes just likes to puzzle shit out, and he's super smart. Coked up or not, he's my man. Unless Monk is available.
@Lynlee. I thought about the Scooby Doo gang, but they really only solve sppoky monster mysteries that turn out to be grouchy old men in a mask.
