Well, folks...our president has broken his oath of office and in doing so had violated the law. President Bush's announcement that he authorized the National Security Agency to spy on American citizens is a clear breach of our fourth ammendment protection against illegal and unwarranted search and seizure. In his oath the president swears to uphold the Constitution of the United States, not to use executive authority to trample it.

What are you prepared to do?

Here's a suggestion, write your senators and congressmen and express your disgust. Here's the Links.

I'll be posting my full comments on my blog about this in a bit too, but let's jus say that no matter what we do or say about this, we will get nowhere. Bush and his administration consider this action legal.
