In the latest issue of Outside magazine it has an article about the "18 perfect cities that have it all". Guess what was one of them...home sweet home Pasadena. Right beside Portland, Oregon. Interesting that we want to leave this idyllic little spot. Maybe we just aren't appreciating what we have here. Oh wait the article lists the average home price in both Oregon and Pasadena...

Pasadena: $509,200
